Gagandeep Singh Bhatia is an experienced Test Engineer with a strong background in automation testing, web and API automation, and software testing. He is currently working at Gartner as a Test Engineer, where he is responsible for developing and implementing automation selenium-based frameworks for regression suites for various applications. He also has extensive knowledge of API testing automation frameworks using Rest Assured. Gagandeep has experience in using JMeter for performance testing of applications and API load testing. He supports the maintenance team in analyzing defects and interacts with users to understand their expectations from a quality perspective. He has an in-depth understanding of production defects and has expertise in manual test case design and execution. Gagandeep has worked with various companies in the past, including Quovantis and Orange Business Services. At Quovantis, he handled end-to-end QA activities for a US-based client working in an Agile environment. He worked on Webdriver IO for automation and used JIRA for test case management. At Orange Business Services, he started as a GET and worked on automation using Selenium. He also worked on different projects, where he handled client interaction and end-to-end QA activities while working on API automation using Rest Assured. Gagandeep completed his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Guru Nanak Dev University in 2016, and he also has a High School degree from Innocent Hearts School, Jalandhar. He has relevant experience of 5.68 years and possesses a strong tech stack, including test, SDET, Selenium, Web, and QA. He is well-versed in Agile methodology and has experience in test case management using JIRA.
